Is it possible to register for a different location or date?

How many participants join the masterclass?
A minimum of 12 and a maximum of 24 people participate in the masterclass. There are two or (with a larger group) three service design trainers present, ensuring ample space for interaction and feedback.
Who are the trainers?
The service design trainers are Victor Visser and Roel Jansen. They are service designers with over 10 years of experience and have extensive experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
In what language will the masterclass be given?
The masterclass will be conducted in Dutch.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes, definitely. If you have a laptop, bring it along. This way, you can work with AI during the masterclass.
